Opportunities
The newspaper business is no longer based on the simple revenue model of advertising and circulation sales. Many new businesses and revenue models emerging, yet deciding which will succeed and which will advance the core mission of the enterprise is very difficult. Investment and experimentation is no longer optional – the health of newspaper companies depends on their ability to develop new businesses.
